Speculation regarding the health of the US President has heightened following observations hinting at a possible recommendation for him to reduce his workload. President Donald Trump expressed criticism towards The New York Times this week in response to an article scrutinizing his health and age.

Since the article’s release, there has been widespread discussion about his well-being, with some interpreting a subtle shift in his schedule as a sign of advice to slow down due to aging. Despite his refutations, questions linger about the rationale behind the adjustments in his daily routine.

Nicholas, who manages News from Nic’s Kitchen on TikTok, recently brought attention to this issue on social media. Being a purveyor of significant news stories from his home, he felt compelled to tackle the subject, especially given the prevailing concerns about Trump’s health.

In a video, he elucidated, “There are more queries about Donald Trump’s health surfacing today. A report revealed a reduction in Donald Trump’s schedule.”

“The New York Times conducted an investigation and disclosed that Donald Trump has slashed nearly 40% of his events compared to his first term. Trump typically commences his day around 1 pm and concludes by approximately 4 pm.”

“He appears to be frequently nodding off or dozing off, as observed on television and camera footage. The New York Times serves as the source for this information.”

Following Nicholas’s video post, social media users shared diverse reactions to the assertions. One commentator noted, “We need age and term limits.”

Another comment read, “But he has time for golf.” A third questioned, “Only three hours of work per day?”

At 79 years old, Trump is the oldest person to assume the presidency. The New York Times disclosed that the President has reduced his public appearances and domestic travel significantly compared to his first year in office in 2017.

However, it was noted that he has engaged in more international visits. Nonetheless, it was alleged that his public schedule has been curtailed. Typically, most of his public appearances are concentrated between noon and 5 pm.

The decreased public visibility of the President has sparked speculation that he has been advised to slow down. Despite this, he promptly responded to the article upon its release this week.

An incensed Trump, 79, utilized Truth Social to express his displeasure with the newspaper, which he is currently suing for defamation, seeking $15 billion in damages after being ordered to pay them $400,000 following an unsuccessful legal dispute over their reporting. “The creeps at the failing New York Times are at it again,” Trump, a well-known critic of the publication, wrote in an extensive Truth Social post on Wednesday morning.

“The Times’s reporting is accurate and based on firsthand facts. Name-calling and personal attacks do not alter that, and our journalists will not hesitate to cover this administration despite intimidation tactics like this,” Stadtlander responded in a statement sent to The Mirror US. “Dedicated and thorough reporters like Katie Rogers demonstrate how an independent and free press aids the American people in understanding their government and its leaders.”

Trump proceeded to boast about his political accomplishments in his customary manner, implying that the media is excessively critical of him. “I won the 2024 presidential election by a landslide, securing all seven swing states, the popular vote, and the electoral college by a significant margin,” Trump continued.

“I carried our nation’s districts by 2750 to 550, a complete victory. I resolved 8 conflicts, achieved 48 new stock market highs, our economy is thriving, and our nation is respected worldwide, more than ever before. The previous administration experienced the highest inflation in history.

“I have already normalized this and prices, including groceries, are decreasing. Achieving this necessitates a great deal of effort and energy, and I have never worked harder in my life.

“Nevertheless, the radical left extremists at the soon-to-close New York Times published a negative article about me possibly losing energy, despite evidence to the contrary. They know this is incorrect, as is almost everything they write about me, including election results, all intentionally negative.”

Despite recent polls indicating a decline in his approval ratings during his second term, Trump has faced mounting criticism regarding health concerns. The White House was compelled to address these concerns earlier this year after alarming images surfaced showing his bruised hands and swollen ankles.
