The renowned Backstreet Boys have affirmed their commitment to Canadian fans by announcing a series of concerts in Toronto for the upcoming year, demonstrating their enduring popularity. The beloved ’90s boy band is set to bring their show, Into the Millennium — Homecoming: Live in Canada, to Toronto’s Rogers Centre in February. This exclusive event will feature four dates and marks the band’s only North American stadium performances in 2027.
The announcement of the Toronto concerts was made through a captivating social media post on Friday, accompanied by a flashy promotional video showcasing the group boarding a plane adorned with their iconic band name and a striking red maple leaf. Expressing gratitude for the unwavering support from their Canadian fans, group member Brian Littrell conveyed, “Canada was one of the first places to embrace us, and the love and support we’ve received from our fans there has meant so much from the very beginning.”
Following their successful Into the Millennium residency series at the immersive Sphere venue in Las Vegas in 2025, which garnered sold-out shows and extended into the summer, the Backstreet Boys have taken their production to Germany for a string of performances in Düsseldorf. The group acknowledged Germany as the first country to wholeheartedly embrace them at the start of their musical journey.
Similar to their previous shows in Las Vegas and Düsseldorf, the Toronto concerts will pay tribute to the Backstreet Boys’ iconic 1999 album, Millennium, which solidified their global fame with hits like “I Want It That Way,” “Larger Than Life,” and “Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely.” In addition to these chart-toppers, the setlist for the Toronto performances will feature fan favorites from other albums, including classics like “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” and lesser-performed gems like “The Perfect Fan.”
Mark your calendars for February 12, 13, 19, and 20, 2027, as the Backstreet Boys grace Toronto with their presence. Ticket sales for the public will commence on October 9, with various presale options available, including exclusive access for Rogers customers. Get ready to experience a nostalgic and unforgettable musical journey with the Backstreet Boys in Toronto next year.
