Two standout products of 2025 are a wallet-friendly smartwatch and a popular supermarket condiment, according to consumer advocacy group Which?. After meticulously testing over 2,000 items for quality and value, Which? has unveiled its top 50 products that excelled in various categories. Some were deemed the best in their class, while others were praised for their innovation and affordability.

Topping the list is the Amazfit Bip 6 smartwatch, priced at under £63 in select locations. Despite being a fraction of the cost of Apple’s smartwatches, the Bip 6 was lauded for its comparable quality, exercise tracking capabilities, and GPS functionality. Which? gave it a perfect five-star rating for user-friendliness and display excellence, describing it as a game-changer that embodies the concept of high value at a lower price point.

Securing the third spot is Asda’s Classic Tomato Ketchup, commended for its authentic tomato flavor with a well-balanced sweetness that outshines more expensive competitors. Despite matching the taste of the popular Heinz ketchup in blind tests, Asda’s version costs significantly less per 100g.

Just ahead of Asda’s ketchup is Skoda’s Elroq electric car, the priciest item in the top 50 at over £30,000. Which? praised the SUV for its cost-effectiveness in both purchase price and running expenses, highlighting its premium quality and overall appeal.

Another noteworthy product in the rankings is Aldi’s Magnum Premium Washing Up Liquid, claiming the tenth spot. Priced at 95p for a 500ml bottle, this offering from the discount supermarket outperformed its higher-priced competitor, Fairy Original, with a commendable overall score of 73%.

The remaining top 50 features a diverse range of items, from household appliances and cutting-edge technology to everyday essentials like bedding and kitchen tools.

Harry Rose, editor of Which? Magazine, emphasized the rigorous evaluation process that selects products based on performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and value. He noted that the standout products of 2025 enhance the home experience by offering quality, convenience, and enjoyment across various product categories.
