Multiple individuals were victims of a violent assault carried out by two perpetrators at a train station in Belfast. The incident occurred at Belfast City Hospital Train Station on Monday afternoon, prompting a prompt call for information by the authorities. The assault occurred at approximately 3:40 pm.

The attackers assaulted several individuals before fleeing towards Donegall Road in Belfast. The Police Service Northern Ireland has initiated an investigation into the incident. Law enforcement officials are particularly interested in speaking with an unidentified individual who sustained injuries during the attack.

A police spokesperson emphasized the seriousness of the assault, stating, “Police are seeking information regarding a serious assault that occurred at Belfast City Hospital Train Station. Reports indicate that multiple members of the public were assaulted on Monday, October 6, 2025, around 3:40 pm.”

The suspects were last seen heading towards Donegal Road after the assault. Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward and assist in the investigation by contacting them at 101, quoting crime reference number 1080 of 06/10/25.
