A 24-year-old man hailing from Cornwall has tragically passed away in Argentina due to a severe allergic reaction. Harry James Kitto lost his life on November 7 following a week-long struggle to survive. His family, who were by his side, shared the news on a fundraising platform they had created to assist with medical expenses. The funds raised will now be utilized to bring Harry’s remains back to Cornwall from Buenos Aires.

In a heartfelt message on the fundraising page, Harry’s family expressed gratitude for the support received, with donations exceeding £54,000. They described Harry as their “beautiful, brilliant boy” who fought bravely for his life in Buenos Aires after a severe allergic episode while traveling with his determined girlfriend, Naomi. Despite his remarkable resilience and the efforts of medical professionals, it was confirmed that Harry was brain dead, and further medical intervention was futile.

For those wishing to contribute, donations can be made to Harry’s fundraiser online. Any surplus funds will be directed to The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, an organization that offered support to the family during Harry’s illness.
