The Toronto Raptors are set to kick off the upcoming NBA season with a home game, marking the 14th time in the last 15 years they have done so. The NBA unveiled the complete schedule for the 2026-27 season, revealing that the Raptors will face off against the Chicago Bulls at Scotiabank Arena on Oct. 21. Their first away game will be against the Washington Wizards just two days later.

Some key matchups to look out for at home include consecutive games against the reigning champions, the New York Knicks, on Nov. 15 and 17, as well as a showdown with the San Antonio Spurs led by Victor Wembanyama on Dec. 10. Furthermore, fans can anticipate a game against Canadian star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 10.

January will be the busiest month for the Raptors, with a total of 17 games scheduled, including a six-game stretch at home. Throughout the season, they are slated to play 15 back-to-back games, with seven of them requiring no travel. The NBA has announced 80 out of Toronto’s 82 games, with the remaining two to be scheduled after the group stage of the in-season NBA Cup tournament.

Despite their notable schedule, the Raptors have once again been excluded from the highly anticipated Christmas Day lineup. The team last played on Dec. 25 in 2019 when they were the defending NBA champions.
