Darts prodigy Luke Littler jokingly mentioned that he might entertain the idea of participating in the famous I’m a Celebrity jungle if a hefty sum of £50 million was on offer, despite being deterred by this year’s show. The 18-year-old has been closely following the current season to support his friend, Angry Ginge, whose appearance on the ITV program sparked speculation about Littler potentially joining. Referred to as ‘The Nuke,’ Littler indicated his openness to the opportunity if the financial incentive was right.

When pressed for details on the potential price tag that would sway his decision, Littler clarified that the challenges he witnessed on the show made him reconsider his initial enthusiasm. In an interview with talkSPORT, he admitted that after witnessing the daunting tasks, he no longer felt capable of participating. Even when offered £10 million as an alternative, he declined but reconsidered with a “maybe” when the sum was raised to a staggering £50 million.

Expressing his aversion to the jungle environment, particularly the presence of snakes, Littler humorously hinted at the possibility of his participation while simultaneously dismissing the idea. While Angry Ginge prepares for upcoming trials, Littler gears up to defend his title at the upcoming PDC World Darts Championship, commencing next month at Ally Pally. As the reigning world champion and newly crowned world No. 1 in darts, Littler aims to emulate Gary Anderson’s feat by retaining the Sid Waddell trophy.

His title defense begins with a first-round match against Darius Labanauskas on December 11.
