A man who has struggled with feelings of shame and silence for years has decided to share his experience of living with a micro penis.
Michael Phillips, who suspects he may have the smallest penis globally, has chosen to speak out to support others who are self-conscious about their genital size and to increase awareness about this rare condition.
From his childhood, Michael believed he was below average in size and waited for a growth spurt that never came. Even now, he admits that fully accepting his condition is still a challenge. “I’m still unsure if I have completely come to terms with having a micro penis,” he revealed.
Despite the personal hardships, Michael was motivated to raise awareness after a moment of dark humor that made him realize the potential of his situation. “When I joked about being a Guinness world record holder, it dawned on me that I might actually have the world’s smallest. If I could pursue it, I would – as I believe it could bring more attention,” he shared with IGV.
