Recounting the excruciating experience of being pinned down by a half-ton racehorse, Logan described it as the most intense pain she had ever endured in her life.
Riding Jumping Power Two, a six-year-old gelding trained by her husband Tommy, Logan was in the midst of a race when the horse became agitated by an unknown stimulus. She recounted the moment the horse reared up at the barriers, causing her to fall to the ground with the horse collapsing on top of her, crushing her pelvis and intensifying her agony. Currently, she is recuperating at home with the aid of a walking frame, anticipating a recovery period of six to eight months contingent on the healing process and rehabilitation.
