Morrisons is distributing more than 27 tonnes of carrots for customers to give to Rudolph and his companions. Shoppers can receive a complimentary carrot from the “Naturally Wonky” selection from December 20 until Christmas Eve, while supplies last. These carrots may have slightly unconventional shapes or sizes.

Chris Smith, Morrisons’ Root Veg Senior Trader, expressed, “Christmas embodies spreading joy and cheer, so we are thrilled to provide our young customers with a free wonky carrot to leave out for Rudolph and friends on Christmas Eve. Our Naturally Wonky range supports British farmers, minimizes waste, and offers customers a cost-effective option that still tastes exceptional.”

This initiative coincides with numerous major UK supermarkets reducing the prices of Christmas vegetables to just 5p, encompassing potatoes, carrots, parsnips, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. The complete list of discounted Christmas vegetables can be found below.
