Oliver Bearman, a prominent figure in Formula 1, has disregarded rumors connecting him to Ferrari amid ongoing struggles for Lewis Hamilton. The seven-time world champion has faced challenges this season, including a recent Did Not Finish (DNF) at the Brazilian Grand Prix.

Hamilton’s tough season hit a low point in Las Vegas when he qualified last on the grid, marking the first time a Ferrari has done so since 2009. This has intensified speculations about Hamilton’s future, especially with the impressive performance of Haas driver Oliver Bearman in his debut season.

Despite the discussions about their futures, Bearman has shown nothing but admiration for Hamilton, calling for patience from those advocating for him to join Ferrari. Bearman achieved his best F1 result by securing fourth place at the Mexico City Grand Prix, followed by a sixth-place finish in Brazil, positioning him 11th in the drivers’ standings.

When asked about his potential future at Ferrari, Bearman responded in a straightforward manner. He emphasized staying focused on delivering good results and valuable points for the team, regardless of media speculation.

Former world champion Jacques Villeneuve emphasized Bearman’s performance in Mexico as evidence that he belongs in the top tier of racing. Paddock legend Kravitz also supported the idea of Bearman eventually replacing Hamilton at Ferrari, following the team’s historical approach of nurturing young talents.

Former Haas team boss Guenther Steiner echoed the sentiment, suggesting that Bearman could potentially replace Hamilton if the latter’s performance doesn’t improve. Steiner praised Bearman’s current consistency and driving abilities, indicating a bright future for the young driver in a leading F1 team.

Hamilton’s struggles at Ferrari have raised questions about his future in the sport, with the spotlight now turning to Bearman’s potential rise. The upcoming Las Vegas Grand Prix will offer another opportunity for both Hamilton and Bearman to showcase their skills on the track.
