Just before her tragic death, a woman sought assistance on Facebook and was later found murdered by her partner. Angela Silk, also known as Angela Goodwin, was discovered in a pool of blood after being fatally stabbed in the leg by Alexander George O’Sachy in 2021. O’Sachy, who nearly severed a major artery during the attack, is facing manslaughter charges after pleading guilty at the Supreme Court recently. Reports indicate that Silk had come across a Facebook page detailing O’Sachy’s violent past. Prior to her demise, she had interacted on the page, expressing confusion and seeking advice.

In the days leading up to her death, concerned users responded to her comments, inquiring about her safety. Unfortunately, news had already spread that O’Sachy was charged with her murder. The Facebook page in question appears to have been created following the tragic death of teenager Leanne Thompson, who was involved with O’Sachy in the past. Previous incidents involving O’Sachy include a case where he supplied drugs to a teenager and was allegedly violent towards her. He was also linked to the death of another teenager, Andrew Anderson, who passed away after a night of substance use with O’Sachy.
